Emmanuel Arms Community Inc.

Emmanuel Arms is the community outreach program of Emmanuel Temple Apostolic Church in Vallejo CA. This video highlights a variety of community events throughout the year, including a weekly food program and clothing giveaway, a bi-weekly fruits and vegetables giveaway, a Resource Fair, and a Community Garden.

Pablo's Story


Pablo is a cobbler and a recovering alcoholic. He has two life passions: a cobbler who fixes shoes for his community, and a counselor who fixes the souls of others in recovery. Pablo tells his inspirational story of falling down, picking himself up again, and helping others along the way.

Revolutionizing Sober Living


S4R is a grassroots non-profit organization made up of individuals and families in recovery from alcohol and other drugs. In this collection of interviews, we discover the ways in which S4R is at the forefront of change in Contra Costa County, CA, by providing safe housing and after-care programs to the sober living community.

CaliGround Troops
